Incident: COVID-19 pandemic – lifting of the state of emergency
Further to incident bulletins 02.07.2021, 16.07.2021, 08.04.2022 and 26.08.2022, the designated operator of Thailand, Thailand Post, wishes to inform that the Thai Government has lifted the state of emergency in respect of the COVID-19 pandemic with effect from 1 October 2022.
However, with regard to transit services (both open and closed) for all categories of mail (letter-post, parcel-post and EMS items), it is highly recommended that designated operators contact Thailand Post for necessary arrangements and mutual agreement before dispatching their mails, owing to a limited number of outbound flights.
