Niger Poste informs that all international postal operations have now resumed as normal.
Indonesia

Incident: Update on delays to delivery of all international inbound items
Pos Indonesia informs that as a result of the implementation of new import regulations by the Indonesian Customs, the delays to delivery of all international inbound items are expected to extend to 15 November 2023.
Mexico

Incident: Hurricane Otis
Servicio Postal Mexicano, informs that, following the passage of the category-five Hurricane Otis through the port of Acapulco in the state of Guerrero on Thursday, 26 October, postal services have been suspended in the affected areas until further notice.
In addition, following the devastation caused by Hurricane Otis, Correos de Mexico has declared a situation of force majeure in the affected areas. Power and telephone lines are down, infrastructure has been damaged, and road access is difficult. The authorities are still assessing the damage, and the work needed to reopen roads and restore power and communications.
Deliveries of letter-post, parcel-post and EMS items are suspended in the following areas:

Israel

Incident: Conveyance of international postal dispatches by sea
Israel Postal Company (Israel Post) informs that, owing to the ongoing conflict, air freight to Israel is subject to limitations. However, it is possible to send international postal dispatches to Israel by sea, as there are no restrictions in this regard.
Israel Post also wishes to indicate that its office of exchange in Haifa (IMPC code ILHFAA) is closed. Therefore, all international postal dispatches transported to Israel by sea should be shipped to its office of exchange Tel Aviv Yafo, IMPC code ILTLVA, which is located at the following address:

Incident: Resolution of the technical issue causing customs
Correos y Telégrafos informs that, following information of 20 September 2023 reporting backlogs and other issues in the processing of items needing customs treatment owing to the implementation of a customs-related IT development, the incident affecting the system has been resolved and items are now being processing normally. However, until the end of this week, Correos y Telégrafos will continue to use non-automated means to process some of the items affected by the incident.
