Post of Serbia informs that following the unlawful suspension of work by a number of employees, all postal operations have now returned to normal.

Bulgarian Posts informs that IT issues may be experienced with regard to the processing of tracked items and the transmission of EMSEVT data, until further notice.

Hellenic Post informs that postal operations have resumed as normal in all areas affected by the heavy rainstorms, as of early October.
France

Incident: Difficulties relating to the launch of ICS2 resolved
La Poste informs that the incident affecting the information systems has been largely resolved, following the technical difficulties experienced related to the launch of ICS2 Release 2. The status of ICS2 declarations is now sent to designated operators when the data input complies with the specifications set by the European Union.
