If you are sending your parcels with Direct Link, you will be able to easily print the labels. The system can be accessed in four ways. Depending on what’s best for you, choose among the following:
- A log in web-based solution which enables laser or thermal printed labeling. You may manually input your addresses or choose to use a built-in Contact List. If you do not want to punch in the information yourself, you could instead import the order information from your ERP system via csv or xml files. That way, the chance of errors occurring is greatly reduced.
If you already have a Ticket account and want to print your Direct Link labels go to the label printing portal.
- A print server solution is a good choice if you are sending large volumes daily. We install our Windows-based shipping tool locally in your IT environment. You are able to import your order information from csv or xml files. Installation is normally done via remote access.
- A web service API enables you to easily integrate your system with Direct Link’s system. We map your business system to ours so that you work in your system´s interface. Our system will then work in the background.
- The usage of other label printing systems. Specifications on how to integrate your label printing system can be obtained from Direct Link.
