The designated operator of Croatia, Croatian Post, wishes to inform that there has been occasional interruptions in the exchange of electronic data interchange (EDI) messages on 19 and 20 March 2022, owing to ongoing internal network infrastructure work.

Incident: IT issues
The designated operator of Greece, Hellenic Post, would like to inform that it has been facing a general IT issue since 20 March 2022 owing to a cyberattack, and all systems are down (Internet, International Postal System, telephones, etc.).
The IT department is working to resolve the situation. Hellenic Post will provide an update as soon as everything is back to normal.

The designated operator of Jamaica, Jamaica Post, wishes to inform that the Government of Jamaica has lifted the national curfew with effect from Friday, 18 March 2022.
Therefore, the force majeure situation has now ended, and normal postal operations have resumed.
Latvia

Latvijas Pasts had informed us that the situation arising from a significant increase in COVID-19 cases among staff members has come to an end. As a result, its postal operations have returned to normal.
Mongolia

The designated operator of Mongolia, Mongol Post, informs that it is migrating from IPS 2017 to IPS 2021 during this coming weekend (26–27 March 2022), as a result technical disruptions may be experienced.
