Italy

The designated operator of Italy, Poste Italiane, wishes to inform that a 24-hour strike, commencing at 00.01 CEST on 21 April 2023, has been announced by certain Italian unions, involving ground handlers and other airport services personnel at all Italian airports.
Disruption is to be expected with regard to the handling of inbound and outbound airmail at Milan’s Linate and Malpensa airports, although mitigation measures will be taken at the airmail units. Norway

Incident: strike
The designated operator of Norway, Posten Norge AS, wishes to inform about a national strike that started on Monday, 17 April, with 24,000 workers walking out.
The strike started after mediation failed between Norway’s largest trade unions and the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise, and may affect both international and domestic mail collection and delivery.
