Key responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality service to customers, assisting customers in resolving problems
  • Generate contracts and follow-up the contract with new clients
  • Timely maintain new clients’ information in all internal systems to ensure accurate data
  • Day-to-day maintainenance of client data in systems and share with other teams
  • Collect issues derived from other teams and summarize issue report to client for timely resolution
  • Check the receipt situation of packages and ensure accurate scanning
  • Provide client with status-checking and follow-up, and assist clients in resolving overseas returned goods
  • Address all problems in ticket system and resolve the claiming issues and abnormal orders checking
  • Summarize report of package status to sales team
  • Other work assigned by company


  • Bachelor’s degree, with at least 5 years of working experience
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
  • Experience in logistics industry is an added advantage
  • Possess good commercial and business acumen
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Proactive and good team player
