Due to rotating industrial action announced by the trade unions for the period between 7 and 13 November 2018, postal service in Belgium is expected to be heavily disrupted in said period for inbound and outbound operations as well as domestic deliveries.

Post Italiane has informed that severe weather conditions between October 29th and November 5th have affected many parts of Italy, causing considerable problems in road network and impossibility to reach some parts of the country. As a result this has seriously impacted the ability to deliver mail in more than 70 affected areas, especially where staff safety was compromised.

It has been reported that the Shanghai municipal government has announced temporary traffic control measures that may impact traffic and delivery movements during the China International Import Expo from November 5-10. Temporary traffic control measures will be in place between November 1 and 11.

Morocco Post has advised that there is currently a road transport strike with associated blockages on major roads and highways. Consequently, delivery delays can be expected until the strikes end. It is not known how long these strikes are planned for currently.
